A Near Mint (NM) card looks like it has never been played without a sleeve.
Very slight defects may exist, but they remain minimal. The edges may have a few discreet white dots , in very small numbers.
Under direct light, the surface must appear clean and clear: slight occasional dirt may be tolerated but no wear defects will be tolerated!

This card was distributed as part of a special event called 「ビクティニBWR争奪戦」 ( Victini BWR Battle/Competition ), organized by The Pokémon Company Japan. It was a deck-building tournament using only cards from the Black Bolt and White Flare expansions.
This exclusive card was only available in small numbers, through physical tournaments at participating stores across Japan, and through a lottery + tournament performance system.
It was qualified as the top prize of the Black Bolt / White Flare event, with a very limited production run, estimated at around 2,000 copies in total , including those awarded by lottery.
