These terms govern the use of www.gengygallery.com (the “Site”), published by GengyCorporation SAS (see our legal notice). Purchases are governed by our terms of sale.

The Site is free to access. GengyCorporation SAS may suspend or change all or part of the Site, in particular for maintenance.
3) Customer account
Creating an account is optional. Users are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for the accuracy of the information they provide.
4) Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, logos and graphics belonging to GengyGallery are protected; any reproduction without written permission is prohibited. GengyGallery is an independent shop. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures, GAME FREAK, Bandai or Shueisha. Pokémon and One Piece are trademarks of their respective owners. All cards sold are authentic official products imported from Japan.
5) Use of the Site
Users agree not to disrupt the Site (large-scale automated extraction, intrusion attempts, unlawful content in reviews or forms).
6) Reviews and messages
Published reviews and messages must be fair and free of abusive language. GengyGallery may remove any non-compliant content.
7) Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.
8) Product information
GengyGallery strives to provide accurate information (descriptions, condition, photos). The condition stated on the product page prevails.
9) External links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites for which GengyGallery is not responsible.
