Processing and dispatch
Orders are packed and shipped from France within 24 to 72 hours (business days). You receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping options in France
- Tracked letter (La Poste): €3.40, free from €50. Delivery time announced by La Poste: about 3 business days.
- Mondial Relay (pickup point): from €3.40, exact rate calculated at checkout. Delivery time announced by Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 business days.
- Colissimo with signature: €7.90. Recommended for graded cards and high-value orders. Delivery time announced by La Poste: 48 hours.
International shipping
We ship worldwide, from €7.50 by international tracked letter. Delivery time depends on the destination country and the local carrier; tracking may be partial in some countries. Outside the European Union, any import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
Graded cards and high-value orders
For graded cards and valuable items, we recommend Colissimo with signature. Additional insurance can be added on request, at the buyer's expense.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship as soon as they arrive from Japan. Shipping usually takes place within about two weeks after the Japanese release, with a possible delay of one to three weeks depending on import. The date shown on the product page is an estimate.
Packaging
Every single card is protected in a sleeve, toploader and team bag, then sent in a double envelope. Graded cards and sealed products are padded for transport.
Good to know
The exact shipping rate for your order is always shown before payment. Delivery times are those announced by the carriers and may be longer during busy periods. A free booster is included with orders from €100.
