Lucario EX is a Japanese promo card numbered 066/XY-P, from the XY Promo series. XY-P promos were not available in boosters: they were handed out at events and special campaigns in Japan, which is what makes them scarce. Lucario, the Aura Pokémon from the fourth generation, is one of the most popular Pokémon in the franchise.
This copy is in Excellent (EXC) condition. Light wear, mostly visible on close inspection: slight whitening on one or two corners or edges, possibly a micro-scratch on the surface. No creases, no tears. One of a kind: once it is sold, it is gone.
